Our Foundation
EUTSS was created based on real-world experience working within housing stability and community support systems across Santa Barbara County.
Through that work, one thing became clear:
Many people don't fall into crisis because help doesn't exist—
they fall into crisis because support doesn't arrive in time.
EUTSS exists to respond earlier.
